Cultivation of Young Compound Editors of Science and Technology Journal in Digital Publishing Era

Abstract: Talent is the core elements to promote the development of digital publishing industry, while the young editor will be the main force to do it, and to train the young compound editor is the required of digital publishing era. The author combined the current development situation of digital publishing, analyzed the shortage of young editors, and proposed the measures from different angles to cultivate the young compound editors.
