Abstract: Cultural needs of the students is a common ideal and spiritual support formation of a university, reflected the values, ways of thinking and behavior of the students, Strengthen the campus culture of university is times topics by high school faces. Libraries should keep up with the trend of the times; give full exertion and Innovation to their functioning about Preservation of cultural heritage to conducting to guide education and culture and entertainment.
