Thinking of the Reference Service in University Library Based on Think Tank

Abstract: Reference service of university library using the information resources as the object, has been in the backward and passive situation for the time and space limitation. In this case, according to the university library reference content and existing problems, this article analysis the meaning of think tank; based on the concept of think tank, relying on the necessity of the development of new tools, it put forward the idea and suggestions on the reference service of university library combining with the advantages of university library resources.
