Survey and Analysis on Public Library Admission Notices Based on Rost CM

Abstract: The purpose to investigate and analyze public library admission notices is to reveal the current problems and give out the suggestions for improvement, in order to promote the public library provides more people-oriented and generally open services for the readers. Through the internet to obtain the 14 provincial library admission notices, This paper analyzes word frequency, emotional characteristics and common features of admission notices by word frequency analysis, sentiment analysis, and cluster analysis of Rost CM. And then the author compares the results of the analysis with “Public library manifesto”/ “library service manifesto”, and finally puts forward the admission notice optimization tips from the three aspects: before- making, in-making, after-making.
