Research and Analysis on Electronic Resource Development Policy for Libraries

Abstract: Research and formulation on electronic resource collection development policy is still in a scattered and lagging condition in China. In order to purchase electronic resource more efficiently, electronic resource collection development policy is needed as a guide for the construction of electronic resource work. This paper focused on the library electronic resource collection development policy research both in China and abroad, and made analysis on the policy framework and contents to provide reference for the establishment of electronic resource collection development policy and make reasonable, scientific and complete electronic resource construction system.
