The Basic idea of University Libraries’ Transformation Development under the Ubiquitous Concept

Abstract: According to the management and layout of China’s university libraries, combining with modern information technology and domestic and foreign development of library, this article made a preliminary summary and analysis on the necessity, possibility, key problems and construction methods of the transformation development of China’s university libraries, to boost the further development of them.
