Construction of Learning University Library Based on Knowledge Management

Abstract: This paper summarized the concept of knowledge management and learning organization, and discussed the relationship between knowledge management and learning organization, and then expounded the construction contents of learning university library, and finally put forward the way to construct the learning library based on knowledge management, which can improve the core competitiveness of university library in the economic time.
