Abstract: Taking Liaoning provincial mobile library project as an example, this paper analyzed its implementation and operation mode, and found out the problems existing in the operation of mobile library, and then put forward the corresponding suggestions on improving the development of mobile library service in Liaoning province, so as to realize the culture benefit for people.
