Abstract: Based on grounded theory, using data of 29 start-up enterprises in 7 college makerspace in Anhui as the sample, through open coding and axial coding, this paper summarized 4 main categories influencing the performance of start-up enterprises, such as development desire, organization management, external environment and resource strength, and formed the the typical relation structure and model of main categories by selective coding, and constructed 5 theoretical hypothesis and verified them by using Amos structural equation software, and drew the path coefficient diagram of the hypothesis models.
