区域性公共图书馆提供专利信息服务的探讨

Abstract

Abstract: As the frontier area of ASEAN on economic aspect, intelligent property is significant for the development of Guangxi. Meanwile, Guangxi, as the minority area in west China, lags behind the most regions in China in the aspects of finance and patent development strategy. Compared with the developed areas, Guangxi has less advantage of patent information service, while patent information service plays an important role in regional economic development, and is essential to the regional competition. This paper analyzed the present situation and contributing factors of patent development strategy in Guangxi from 2014 to 2016, presenting that public library should take its advantages to progress the deep-level patent information services, so as to fulfill the huge demand of regional technical innovation and industrial development.
