Abstract: Modern public cultural service system is a new positioning and statement for the development goals of public cultural service under the background of comprehensively deepen reform in China, and reflects new development direction and boundary of public cultural service in new period of China, and has the era characteristics of five respects such as the advanced target, the reforming system, the integrated ways, the standardized development and innovative service.
