Abstract: With the constant upgrading of information technologies, Internet has gained a rapid and even dominant development among various industries. The massive number of e-books are impacting the traditional operation mode of university library. Based on current purchasing situation of university library and guided by customers' needs, this paper presented many problems in current book purchasing mode of university, and introduced a new book purchasing mode on “Internet +” platform, and finally made a detailed presentation of innovative university book purchasing mode based on “Internet +” from three aspects including book source platform, book supply chain, and user need, so as to provide theoretical basis for book purchasing of university library.
