Abstract: Intangible cultural heritage is the common spiritual wealth of human civilization. Public library is an important department of cultural heritage，which has an important responsibility for saving, protecting, publicizing and promoting intangible cultural heritage. Based on the traditional literature service, by taking Guangzhou Library as an example, this paper explored the ways to propagandize and promote intangible cultural heritage through characteristic exchange activities, theme activities and object service.
