Research on Self-help School-leaving Service System in College Library Based on the User Demand —A case of Library of Beijing Union University

Abstract: Purpose to solve the queuing phenomenon when the graduates leave school with user demand oriented, it designed and developed the library self-help school-leaving service system to improve the user experience satisfaction.[Methods] Based on the idea of modular, it used the C/S and B/S architecture and the service model of wechat public platform, and designed and integrated the interface of one-card system and database through coding and setting controls.Conclusion The system operation was simple, and easy to use. It was convenient for the graduates’ self-help school-leaving, effectively improving the quality and efficiency of library service.
