Research on Information Service of University Library Based on Wechat Public Platform —A case Study of Harbin Engineering University Library

Abstract: Along with the continuous upgrade of wechat version, the information requirement and information behavior of library’s wechat public platform users have also showed its changes and characteristics. By taking the readers of Harbin Engineering University Library as the research object, this paper learned the user demand information of wechat public platform through the combination of network questionnaire survey and paper questionnaire, and studied the new model of wechat public platform service in current university library, which upgraded the public platform based on the background data and improved the service quality of mobile library.
