Abstract: Three-level peer review system is a basic regulation for China’s periodicals management, which is very instructive to academic agricultural sci-tech periodicals. In this paper, quality control in first peer review, second peer review and final peer review for academic agricultural sci-tech periodicals were described and some points were put forward.
