Abstract: The information construction of university labor union is the inevitable requirement with the development of information age, which is also one of the main contents for the innovation of labor union work. With the rapid development of information technology, the union work in universities has faced many challenges, such as insufficient information capacity, little choice for staff to improve information literacy initiatives, delayed network service functions, lack of activity. Based on the advantages of university library in resource, personnel and environment, university labor union can strengthen the information construction, and improve the information capacity of staff and management level.
