Research on Knowledge Management System of China-funded Management Consulting Companies

Abstract: This article focused on China-funded management consulting companies. It analyzed the business process of management consulting service and designed a reasonable framework of knowledge management. By making the department of knowledge management more professional, updating knowledge management system according to specific rules and sharing information among consultants more formally, the firms could reach the goal of increasing the management efficiency. Also, the article mentioned some issues that should be paid attention to during the construction of knowledge management system.
