Discussion on the Establishment of Author Team for Agricultural Technical Periodicals

Abstract: It is the necessary prerequisite for the the sustainable development of sci-tech periodicals to establish a high-quality author team. This paper analyses the composition of author team for agricultural technical periodicals, and expounds the development way, training method and stability measurement of author group for agricultural technical periodicals.
