Micro-channel Platform in University Library Service

Abstract: Network information technology continues to develop, the information needs of users also will be changed, in order to comply with the progress of time, to improve the quality of service of the University Library, the paper questionnaire to university library open platform using micro-channel public service survey conducted with the status quo research, development status and needs of readers from the perspective of the library and explore future service.
