Study on the Township Library Governance Functions under the Circumstance of Urban-rural Integration

Abstract: County Public Library has the public information resources and cultural dissemination function strong, so the township public library librarygovernance function construction and perfect for implementation of the strategy of the integration of urban and rural development has important significance. This paper discusses the "functional meaning from the perspective ofpublic library governance ", the impact on the function of publiclibraries of villages and towns under the background of urban-rural integration are analyzed, and emphatically probes into thecountermeasures to realize the governance function of public libraries of villages and towns.
