Abstract: Effective supply and the development and utilization of agricultural information resources is one of the important measures to resolve the agricultural information asymmetry, the market failure, low efficiency of agricultural products. Based on the perspective of economics, from the perspective of agricultural information resource property, explores the supply mode and the development and utilization strategies of agricultural information resources, put forward the government-led cooperative multiple departments participate development, guided by the demands of farmers’ production, build the three -dimensional and comprehensive communication channels of the supply mode and the development and utilization strategies of agricultural information resources
