Abstract: The user evaluation is the start of whole library service. This paper aims at the user group of library, puts forwardthe user evaluation model for revealing collected literature resource, it performs quantization for user satisfaction atrelated literature resource etc by taking weighted average method. Through adjusting collection structure and servicemodel, it makes the library achieve a good progress in the direction of less but better literature resource and enhanceavailability of the library literature resource.
