Study on Digital Resource Evaluation Index System of University Library for Purchasing Decision

Abstract: From the point of purchasing decision needs of digital resources construction of university library, this paper proposes the secondary level index weight system ,which evaluates the four aspects of digital resource content, organization level, user guarantee and utilization performance, and puts forward the detailed scoring rule.
