Design and Implementation of Network Collaborative Work Platform for Semantic Interoperability of Science and Technology Knowledge Organization Systems

Abstract: The semantic interoperability of scientific knowledge organization systems is an important basis for the realization of multi-source knowledge fusion and innovative services. The computer aided tool has crucial/ significant effect on the efficiency, quality and sustainable development of the semantic interoperability. To provide a practical and referential case for future knowledge organization system interoperability projects, this article took the example of the STKOS super-scientific vocabulary semantic interoperability project software working environment - STKOS super-scientific vocabulary network collaborative work platform, summarized requirements of the interoperability platform, presented the architecture of the platform and computer-aided automatic processing key technology, including merging synonymous terms cross vocabularies, concept- category mapping, quality control, collaborative management and knowledge coding, the software implementation and application, and in the end proposed further research directions.
