Construction of Fuzzy Evaluation Model for the Effect of Organizational Culture on the Core Competitiveness of Library

Abstract: Organizational culture is an important characterization parameter to enhance the core competence of library, and it is necessary to explore the relationship between organizational culture and library’s core competence. This paper firstly defined the connotation of library’s organizational culture and core competitiveness, and then constructed the fuzzy evaluation model for the effect of organizational culture on core competitiveness of library, and carried on quantitative analysis to make librarians recognize themselves, identify gaps and continue to develop and enhance their own core competitiveness in ubiquitous knowledge environment.
