New Approach of Applying Wechat Platform to Develop Library Information Service

Abstract: Wechat is a free instant messaging software, which is used in the various walks of life including library. This paper analyzed the feasibility of applying wechat in library service, and then discussed its advantages and main service contents by taking the wechat service platform in Library of Northeast Agricultural University as example, and finally gave some suggestions for future development.
