Study on Library’s Service Strategy from the Perspective of Community Engagement

Abstract: Engaging in community development and promoting community revitalization is the basic principle of library with people oriented, and the only road for library’s service innovation and transformation. Community engagement will become the core function of library in 21st century. Library should enhance the communication with community and develop strategic partnership based on its knowledge service and culture service, and build evaluation system for community engagement service to realize the sustainable development of library’s commu-nity engagement.
