Review of the Legal Definition of Database in the EU and the US

Abstract: After the 1950s, with the development of new technologies, the information age emerged. Information using forms showed varied, and database industry came into being. Developed countries such as EU the United States seek legal measures actively to promote the development of their information industries. Thus, the legal definition of the database has also undergone a number of changes at this process. This article tried to do some investigation to this process.
