Abstract: Application of We Media such as Blog, Microblog and WeChat in library service was evaluated based on bibliometric analysis by retrieving articles from CNKI database. Yearly distribution of publications, journals, research subjects, core institutions, core authors and funding were studied. The results showed that the number of article was increased with time, while the research trend was changing form Blog to Microblog and then to WeChat, indicating library service could make use of the development of We Media to reach the rapid improvement. By using Citespace III, it found that the research hotspots were focused on how to use We Media to supply reader service, information service and library reference service, and "new media", "mobile library" and "service model" were the research frontiers recently.
