Lending Characteristics and Serving Strategy of Public Library's Readers

Abstract: Because of public library's readers' various needs and characteristics of transitivity, Ambiguity, Substitutability, stimulability, conflict, Unwillingness and conformity, the library has to take measures to enhance brand awareness, create a good environment for reading, set up correct service concept, strengthen librarians' sense of duty, allocate rational resources and deepen the reading guidance work to make the most of readers' service work.
