Abstract: Through questionnaires, the paper readers university library application platform for micro-channel public attitudes, providing services, information push model, one to one interaction and other aspects. Traditional library information service contrast, readers prefer a library with micro-channel accuracy, timeliness, privacy circulation in books, book recommendations, the Advisory, feedback, etc. to provide information services with a personal touch. Recommend the use of micro-channel public library platform to expand their influence, enhance real-time communication with readers, to further improve the utilization of library resources.
