University Library Takes LibGuides as an Opportunity to Carry out Disciplinary Services Reflections

Abstract: Currently, LibGuides platform has been widely applied in foreign libraries to carry out disciplinary services, while libaries in China is at the initial stage of development, the university library should seize the opportunity to adapt to the trend of service innovation, take LibGuides as an opportunity to carry out disciplinary services. LibGuides platform is easy to use, interactive, able to reveal and integrate all types of resources into the depth of discipline, so as to achieve transfer and sharing between academic librarians and users, between different users of knowledge . This thesis also discusses the precautions while using LibGuides to take the opportunity to develop the discipline services.
