Exploration on the Construction of Library Self-Service System Based on RFID Technology——Taking Beijing Institute of Electronic Science and Technology as an Example

Abstract: With the maturing of the RFID technology, Library self-service system based on RFID technology is more and more popular. For library construction of self-service system is a complex project, which needs to be prepared. Due to the limitation of technology, capital, and many other factors, the application of RFID technology in domestic libraries is still in its infancy. In this paper, the author takes the library self-service system construction project as an example, discusses valuable experience in the process of the system, as well as the problems arising from the application process early. The paper expects to offer reference to the library which plans to carry out self-service system construction based on RFID technology.
