On Inputs and Outputs of New Share Databases——Based on Guangxi University Library

Abstract: Data resources of a university library provide advanced, reliable information resource guarantee for discipline construction in a university, to develop the database construction, not only can reveal the school teaching and scientific research strength, but also can promote its teaching and scientific research. Therefore, the database construction has become a kind of important work of a university library. However, when a new database is purchased, its income cannot be ignored at the same time. This paper analyzes the inputs and outputs of new import database of a university library, discusses the basic strategies of improving the new database benefit, so as to continuously improve the new database resources construction, and offer a better service for readers of a university as well.
