Exploring New Field of Reference Consulting Service In the Big Data Age

Abstract: Big data age has come with the development of modern science and technology. The library reference service also faces the huge challenge and test in the big data age. The libraries must use principle and technology of the big data to explore the mode of library service and realize the transformation of service ability by digging the potential value from mass data set.
