Investigation of the Current Situation of Electronic Journal Services in Provincial Public Libraries of China and the Research of Countermeasures

Abstract: This essay probes into the construction and services of electronic journal resources in ten provincial libraries of China from the perspectives of basic condition, basic service and further service of electronic journal services, and elaborates on the characteristic services. According to the research result, this essay proposes some countermeasures, aiming at solving the problems in the construction and services of electronic journal resources in provincial libraries of the country.
