Abstract: Beijing urban and rural construction is like a raging fire, the libraries of agricultural colleges and universities face the big trend of development, can not shirk its responsibility and obligation. Libraries and librarians should conform to the trend of the integration of urban and rural areas, through the collection of characteristics data, collation, achievements and development, conservation and promotion the essence of traditional of agricultural culture, improve agricultural cultural attraction, in order to achieve beautiful poetry of residents seeing mountain, seeing water, remembering the nostalgia , promote two-way culture flowing between urban and rural and coordinated development. Based on the analysis of the status and contradiction of out of sync between industrialization integration and cultural integration process in Beijing, ignoring the diversity of the cultural characteristics resources, analysis of countermeasure and direction characteristic resources construction and service of urban agricultural, in order to promote the formation of urban-rural integration ,to build a new pattern in Beijing.
