摘要: 留守儿童问题涉及教育、文化、身体素质、心理、法律等多方面,其中文化能力是影响留守儿童社会化的重要因素,一定意义上决定着留守儿童成人后的成就和所处的社会位置。笔者研究留守儿童文化能力低下的表象,从家庭文化资本和教育公平正观视角切入,析出导致留守儿童文化能力普遍低下的因素,并针对性地提出了通过提高家庭文化成本,构建教育公正观以消除教育歧视等措施来培育留守儿童文化能力的观点。

Abstract: The problems of left-behind children relate to many aspects including education, culture, health, psychology and law, among which the cultural competence of left-behind children has an important affect on their socialization, which effects the accomplishment and social state of them when they grow up. This paper investigated the status of left-behind children’s cultural competence, and analyzed the factors leading low cultural competence of left-behind children from the perspectives of family’s cultural capital and education equity, and proposed corresponding measures to cultivate the cultural competence of left-behind children, including constructing the idea of educational equity to eliminate education discrimination by improving the cultural capital of families for left-behind children.
