摘要: 高校图书馆馆员形象对读者使用图书馆的行为具有重要的影响,常规的读者教育方式往往忽视了这一方面。从示范效应和学习效应两方面分析了前者对后者的影响,并提出了如何提升馆员的形象。

Abstract: The librarian's image of University library has an important effect on the readers' behavior; the traditional way of reader education ignored this aspect. Article analyzes the influence of the former to the latter from two aspects of demonstration and learning effects, and put forward how to improve librarian's image.
