云计算环境下地方高校图书馆区域特色文献保障体系建设与服务模式探讨

摘要: 地方高校图书馆是区域文献信息中心和社会信息化的重要基地,地方高校“云图书馆”将打破区域文献分布的局限性,扩大地方文献共知共享的领域。以云计算和大数据时代为背景,首先阐述了地方高校图书馆积极参与区域特色文献保障体系建设的必要性,其次指出了地方高校图书馆区域特色文献保障体系建设现状和存在的主要问题,最后提出了云计算环境下地方高校图书馆区域性特色文献资源保障体系架构模式以及实行资源的共建、共知、共享服务模式,为促进地方文化事业的整体化发展提供参考。

Abstract: Library of local university is an important base of the regional literature information center and society information. Cloud library of local university will break the limitation of regional distribution of documents, and expand its sharing domain of local literature. Based on the era of cloud computing and data for the background, the necessity of regional literature guarantee system construction for library of local university was firstly explained. Secondly, its construction situation and the existence question of regional literature guarantee system were analyzed. Finally, its architecture model of regional characteristic literature resources security system and its building, knowing, and sharing services models have been all put forward for library of local university in cloud computing environment, which would provide references to promote the overall development of local cultural industry.
