Abstract: Co-construction and sharing of resources is always an important issue. With the establishment of Minnan cultural and ecological protection in experimentation area and the step forwarding of urban integration of Xiamen, Zhang Zhou, Quan Zhou, construction of local literature resources face the new situation, opportunity, challenges. This paper explores the necessities, the basic conditions of constructing the co-construction and sharing system of local literature resources of library between Xiamen, Zhang Zhou and Quan Zhou. Besides, this paper comes up with some issues which should be pay attention to.
