大数据时代基于SECI的学科馆员知识服务探究

摘要: 学科服务是一种具有开拓性、创造性的主动参与式服务。学科知识服务是以学科馆员为主导,全面利用现代信息技术手段的知识服务理念,开展基于知识管理的学科知识个性化定制,充分体现学科馆员的服务价值,其核心就在于知识创新。采用文献检索法和引文分析法,对已有文献进行了深入的分析。借助野中郁次郎的SECI知识转移模型,深入探究知识创造的主导力量——学科馆员如何更好地在学科知识服务中发挥作用,并以此对高校图书馆和学科馆员自身素质提出了建议和要求。

Abstract: Subject service is a pioneering and creative active participatory service. Subject knowledge service is based on subject librarian, comprehensive use of the means of modern information technology and the concept of knowledge service. It is based on knowledge management discipline knewledge sustomization and embodies the value of the sjbject librarian sevice fully. Its core lies in knowledge innovation. Using literature retrieval method and citation analysis, carried on the thorough analysis of the existing literature. Using nonaka’s SECI knowledge transfer model, further to explore that how to paly a role in discipline knowledge service for the dominant force of knowledge creation sjbject librarians.Lastly look forward to putting forward some suggestion for subject librarian quality and requirements.
