Abstract: China's colleges and universities library literature resource center, information storage base as a school, for the majority of teachers and students for teaching and scientific research and management for information resources security. Along with the progress of science and technology, information technology, widely used in university library, the library service has shifted from pure resource service to knowledge service, more highlight its education function, in order to adapt to the changes in the new period, university libraries need to build a high-quality modern qualified librarian team.
