摘要: 分析了数字阅读推广模式下探析读者激励机制的必要性,探究了阅读推广活动中读者激励机制的基本思路和方法,即先确定目标读者群,然后对其加以激励,使目标读者群体持续参与到活动中来。分析了激励机制中重要的激励因素,包括外部奖励、读者自我效能的体现及归属感的培养。

关键词: 数字阅读推广活动, 读者激励机制, 激励因素

Abstract: This paper analyzed the necessity of incentive mechanism to readers in digital reading promotion mode, and explored the basic mind and methods of reader's incentive mechanism, including determining the target readership, properly promoting them then and enabling the target readership to join these activities continually, and then expounded the important factors of incentive mechanism including extrinsic reward, embodiment of reader's self-efficacy and the cultivation of belongingness.
