Abstract: The According to the characteristics and requirements of information management system of the present research institute archives, combined with the actual situation of Taian agricultural institute of scientific research, we designed and achieve a the Scientific Research Institute of archives information management system based on VFP.This article emphatically introduces the design of system functions and the key technologies to achieve system.Achieving the system basically meet the needs of Scientific Research Institute of archives management.
