岗位管理视角下高校图书馆人本理念的实现路径

摘要: 岗位管理在高校图书馆管理中发挥着重要的作用。岗位管理必须要坚持以人为本的理念,充分调动馆员的一切积极因素,高校图书馆才能够更好地为教学、科研以及社会服务提供优质服务和保障。从岗位管理的独特视角客观分析了高校图书馆重视人本理念的必要性,指出了目前高校图书馆岗位管理中忽视人本理念的具体表现形式,提出了高校图书馆岗位管理中人本理念的实现路径。

Abstract: Position management has played an important role in the management of university library. In order to provide better service and security for teaching, scientific research and community service, position management of library should adhere to the people-oriented concept and mobilize librarian's all positive factors. This paper analyzed the necessity of university library's attention on people-oriented concept from the unique perspective of position management, and pointed out the specific performance of ignoring human-oriented concept, and depicted the realization path of people-oriented post management in university library.
