Abstract: Methodsof collecting and reorganizing the citation data were introduced, the procedures for making and importing bibliographic reference were explained, and the applied technology of NoteExpress in citation analysis of theses was explored, so as to provide an easy-operation method of investigation which can be used to study the utilization and requirement of literature resource in university libraries.
