Abstract: In the present, more and more network writers indulge in network literature creation and produce many of works with few high-quality. How to guarantee and improve works’ quality has become an urgent problem. This paper concluded network literature’s basic creative process and analyzed relevant influential factors, and then put forward a network literature quality guarantee system including the evaluation index system, policy guidance system, copyright protection and business training that covering the complete creative process, as well as the interaction system between readers and authors, readers and content editors, readers and media producer.
