摘要: 首先分析以用户为中心档案网站内涵,接着从有利于提高档案网站访问流量、有利于用户获取档案服务两个方面阐述其重要性,最后从分析用户需求、准确定位档案网站;设置相关度高栏目、合理规划网站布局;健全机构和制度、加强档案网站管理;准确命名主导航、选择合适导航模式;提高信息更新速度、丰富档案网站内容等5个方面提出了档案网站服务能力提升策略。

Abstract: The thesis firstly analyzes the connotation of user-centered archives websites; then from the perspectives of contributing to increasing archives websites’ visitor volume and helping users obtain archives services, the thesis elaborates on the importance of user-centered archives websites; the thesis lastly puts forward several strategies on promoting service abilities of archives websites from the following five aspects: analyzing users’ requirements and pinpointing archives websites, setting up high-degree correlation column and reasonably planning website layout, improving institutions and strengthening archives websites management, accurately naming primary navigation and choosing appropriate navigation mode, increasing information updating speed and enriching the content of archives websites.
